Service Fee

SERVICE FEE

In exchange for running the platform, including project management and other services like customer support, we charge a fee (“Service Fee”) when a Project is confirmed. Our Service Fee is variable and can be divided into three fee structures: 

1. STANDARD SERVICE FEE

Here the Service Fee is split between the Creator and Client. The Creator portion of the Standard Service Fee (between 6 - 10%) is deducted from the Project rate provided by the Creator, while the Client portion of the Standard Service Fee (between 8 - 23%) is calculated from the Project subtotal.

2. CREATOR-ONLY SERVICE FEE

With this structure, the entire fee is deducted from the Creator payout. It’s typically 10%, but is influenced by various factors. This allows for Creators to potentially book more Projects during less busy periods.

3. CLIENT-ONLY SERVICE FEE

With this structure, the entire fee is added to the Project Budget and paid by the Client . It’s typically 12-20%, but is influenced by various factors. 

VAT Charges

Depending on the laws of the jurisdiction involved, a Valued-added Tax may be charged on top of the above fees. Our Service Fee includes VAT where applicable.

We reserve the right to change our Service Fee at any time, and will provide you with prior notice of any fee changes before they become effective. Any fee changes will not affect Projects made prior to the effective date of the fee change.
